Treatment & Approaches adopted to Sack Employees by Management

Please watch this video, how employees are treated, to achieve the companies targets. Once the targets achieved, then, how easily they have been thrown out. Unfortunately even the governments & laws does not support us. 

Reference to new business policies, even at the age of 40, considered as senior person, to be laid-off. Having more qualifications can be the factor to be thrown-out. In case if the person is not updated the skills up to date, then even that gesture considered as the reason for lay-off.

Companies approach business in a rational manner and Employees look at the company in Emotional manner. Then, why should we work as a team?....Answered that it was tactic to extract best from everyone. 

Frustrating, Humiliating to understand how our efforts are tapped and treated so cheap....!!!!
